Human Resources Assistant

In partnership with Select Medical, Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital in Yorktown, VA is seeking a Human Resources Assistant. The hourly rate is $19/hr-$23/hr.

Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant will coordinate the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employee and manager inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required
• Minimum of one year of work experience in the Human Resources field

Preferred Experience:

• Associates degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
