Responsibilities for a Recruiting Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Provide recruiting support services in alignment with company standards and systems
• Schedule candidate interviews, including ad hoc and Power Day coordination
• Guide candidates through the interview process, both onsite and virtually
• Prepare interview materials and manage confidential documentation

Candidates for Recruiting Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to commute to the Richmond office 3 days per week (Mon–Thu)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
