The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for executing tasks related to processing and shipping orders at a Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. This role involves ensuring efficient order handling and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
• Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping all areas of the Fulfillment Center orderly and free of debris.
• Adhere to quality standards as set by management.

Essential skills:

• Willingness to work a flexible shift.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Additional skills and qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment.
• At least 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
• At least 6 months experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning.
• At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
