The Us Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems Extended (USBICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DOD intelligence applications and tools. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the USBICES-X team is in direct support of the warfighter and their missions.

We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real-world issues on a cross-functional, fast-paced team. The USBICES-X Coalition Integration lab (CIL) is the enduring solution for intelligence sharing. Meeting the challenge of complex 21st century operational requirements, the USBICES-X CIL is a leader in making systems and tools available to trusted stakeholders in a distributed, Coalition Shared Data environment. Located at JB Langley-Eustis, the CIL provides a reliable resource to advance the Initial Operating Capability of NATO Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance.

Responsibilities include: planning, executing and participating in coalition trials, demonstrations and exercises; experience, knowledge and practical application of Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) and providing recommendations for improvement and integration; experience researching, monitoring and analyzing intelligence/functional data; performing systems modeling, simulation, and analysis; maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas; developing requirements and test plans (use cases) for new ISR software; troubleshooting software, documenting findings and providing recommendations; liaison with the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) community; working with user groups and/or Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals; and the work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.

Required qualifications include: 15 years of directly related experience in operations; a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Military Science, Homeland Security, International Affairs, Interdisciplinary Studies, or General Studies or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience; must possess and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance; advanced knowledge of Multi-National, Coalition, NATO ISR/IRM&CM/PED; advanced knowledge of the processes, and applicable regulations of intelligence analysis; knowledge of Joint/Coalition Exercises, Trials, Demonstrations planning with systems, applications and network architectures expertise; and experience, knowledge and practical application of Intelligence applications.

Preferred qualifications include: experience working with US Army, SOF, Coalition forces, and NATO; experience with flag level command; understanding Intelligence Requirements Management & Collection Management; experience utilizing Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) applications; and the work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.

The likely salary range for this position is $101,150 - $136,850. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
