Event Staff – Town Of Dumfries Holiday Event
Adecco is seeking reliable Event Staff to support the Town of Dumfries during their holiday events. Associates will assist with multiple community activities, including the Holiday Parade, Turkey Giveaway, and Tree Lighting Ceremony. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires professionalism, flexibility, and a customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Parking and traffic management
- Crowd control and line management
- Assisting with information stations and attendee inquiries
- Supporting assembly lines during the Turkey Giveaway
- Restocking tables and general event support
- Assisting with final cleanup and breakdown
Requirements:
- Must be available for the full shift (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) to be considered
- Able to lift, stand, walk, and move throughout the event
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain expected)
- Dress code: Khakis, white or black shirt/sweatshirt, comfortable sneakers
- Will be provided with a neon safety vest for visibility
Pay Details: $18.48 per hour.
