Job Duties for Part-Time Engineering Drafter Position:

• Create and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop accurate, detailed plans
• Ensure drawings adhere to company standards, regulations, and quality requirements
• Maintain organized documentation, archives, and drawing records
• Assist in preparing layouts, assembly instructions, and bill of materials (BOMs)
• Perform quality checks on drawings and recommend improvements
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Part-Time Engineering Drafter Position:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Proven experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Associate degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant drafting experience
• Detail-oriented with strong understanding of drafting standards and practices
• Skilled in interpreting engineering designs and collaborating with technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility and precision
