  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Availability to work regular business hours, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts.
