Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and handle related documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Process credit applications and manage related approvals or rejections.
• Assist in supporting sales and marketing initiatives by providing necessary administrative support.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a thorough and courteous communication experience for all customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.
• Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with processing credit applications and coordinating shipping logistics.
• Proficiency in managing customer records and related documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry systems.
