Requirements:

- Prior experience handling invoices is a big plus.
- Prior experience handling mailings.
- Great with communication – speaking with customers about invoices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Need to be very tech savvy – strong working in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
