What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers via high-volume inbound calls.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues and provide expert guidance.
• Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support across a variety of service topics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in customer service, call center support, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• A knack for solving problems and creating positive customer experiences.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and basic office equipment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
