VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Center is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate full-time Client Service Representative/Scheduler to join our team! In this rewarding position, you will be the cornerstone of an outstanding experience for our clients — more than answering phones, you will shine as a positive factor for pets and their parents experiencing unchartered situations. It can be challenging at times, but having a good team supporting you makes all the difference. Our CSR/Scheduler position provides top-notch care to our clients while walking through the scheduling process for initial appointments, rechecks, and procedures. They are also responsible for answering questions, primary veterinarian communications, referrals, and price quotes. Our CSR is the front line to our department and works very closely with our board-certified doctors and our patient care coordinators. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and our starting salary is $20.00/hour, higher with experience.
