We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ashburn, VA. Specializing in land development, this role involves designing a variety of industrial, commercial, and residential projects across Northern Virginia. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects while fostering an environment of teamwork and flexibility. Responsibilities include: designing and developing site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, creating and running electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems, assisting project managers and senior engineers in the planning and design of hydraulic and stormwater collection systems, contributing to site development, grading, stormwater management design, and drainage solutions, and collaborating with a youthful, energetic team to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Essential skills include 1-3+ years of experience in land development, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, experience with stormwater management design, and the ability to create and run electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems. Additional skills and qualifications include a degree in civil engineering or a related field, EIT (or PE) certification, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr. This is a fully onsite position in Ashburn, VA. Application deadline is anticipated to close on Aug 28, 2025.
