Life as an ASM is dynamic and exciting. Your job is to manage warranty requests, leading the quality improvement process for your assigned communities. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for conducting quality walk and warranty inspections, ensuring the completion of all warrantable related work including emergency requests, managing vendor payments and other tasks as required. Most of your day will consist of ensuring trade partners fulfill the timely completion of all scheduled tasks in a manner that is aligned with our quality standards.
