This position directs and supervises the development and delivery of training for the Reentry, Programs, and Treatment Services Unit. This position provides oversight for mandated and specialized training directed towards institutional and community treatment providers. This position ethically leads the Reentry, Programs and Treatment Services Unit team, providing guidance and coaching to enhance training delivery to target audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience working in human services or a related field, with a strong understanding of reentry, program development, and treatment services. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are essential, along with experience designing and delivering training for adult learners. Candidates should be familiar with evidence-based practices, relevant regulatory standards, and possess excellent communication and facilitation skills—both in-person and virtually. Proficiency with computers and instructional technology. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Considerations
Experience in curriculum development, strategic planning, and cross-agency collaboration is highly valued. Candidates should be well-versed in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the use of virtual training platforms. Additional experience supporting reentry, treatment, or transitional services programs—as well as a proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
