Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of office procedures, computer and software technology, use of policies & procedures and customer service • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, orally and written • Strong organizational skills and experience with software applications and Microsoft Office products (i.e. WORD, EXCEL, and database entry) and general office equipment (copier, fax, calculator) • Ability and experience with setting up and maintaining files & manuals • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to follow and apply established procedures and applicable policies
