Job Duties

To provide administrative support to the CCAP Referral Unit by reviewing intake information and applying established criteria to determine appropriate information is routed to the correct CCAP Referral Specialist. Assist with coordination of new intakes and transfers within CCAP. Conducts regular maintenance of the Referral Unit waitlist database, maintenance of the referral unit's various directories, provide phone coverage. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled in data entry and inquiry operations with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Strong decision-making abilities and proven capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, reflect a dedicated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Additional Considerations

Working knowledge of the criminal justice system. The candidate must either possess or be able to obtain VCIN certification.
