Provides comprehensive administrative and records management support for Division of COPN, including responding to FOIA requests, creating and maintaining IFFC records, and managing both digital and hardcopy correspondence. Oversees mail intake, digitization, filing, and distribution of official documents such as certificates and COPA letters. Handles financial tasks such as recording and preparing deposits for incoming checks may include multiple programs. Manages application intake and reporting, maintains office supply stock, and provides backup support for front desk operations. Serves as a primary point of contact by answering phone calls and directing inquiries related to FOIA, regulations, and website navigation.
