Rappahannock-Rapidan Health District (RRHD) seeks an experienced resource to fill the critical role of Office Services Specialist. The Office Services Specialist will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support that ensures the efficient operation of the RRHD offices and programs. The Office Services Specialist will facilitate customer service, data entry, records management, and program support functions to maintain accurate documentation, timely service delivery, and a welcoming environment for staff and the community. Their work directly impacts the community's access to essential public health services by ensuring clinics run smoothly, information is accurately recorded, and clients receive prompt, professional assistance when seeking care or public health resources. Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge of office and administrative principles and practices
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software applications
• Ability to interpret and follow established procedures and guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, verbally and in writing
• Considerable skill in the operation of standard office equipment
