Job Duties:
The Executive Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive, high-level administrative support and project coordination to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles Commissioner to ensure efficient operations, effective time management, and strategic communication with internal and external stakeholders. Serves as the primary liaison between the Commissioner and staff, the public, and other government officials while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Independently manages complex administrative processes, coordinates special projects, and facilitates decision-making through research, analysis, and strategic support.
