Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. Reynolds is currently seeking EMT Instructors to provide hands-on lab instruction and skill validation for students enrolled in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program at the EMT level. This role ensures instructional alignment with the National EMS Education Standards, Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) regulations, and program accreditation requirements. The instructor supports students in developing the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective competencies necessary for success in field internships and certification exams.
This position is responsible for conducting and facilitating lab sessions and tutoring for students in the EMT program. The instructor plays a critical role in helping students understand course material, build technical skills, and prepare for certification as EMTs.
