The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) Developmental Services' Office of Information Services and Technology (IS&T) is seeking a Cloud Engineer with expertise in solution support and development within a modern cloud-based ecosystem. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 production support specifically for AWS in-house build cloud applications, addressing the increasing demand within the DBHDS organization. A Level 2 Cloud Engineer is necessary to bridge the gap between Level 1 support and Level 3 development teams, providing advanced technical expertise in AWS cloud services, while enhancing incident response time and reducing downtime, ensuring continuous service availability. This position also provides support with designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions, maintaining uptime, troubleshooting issues, and performing monitoring and optimization.
