Responsible for supervising administrative support staff and providing advanced professional staff assistance for supported leadership. Creates and maintains complex team member schedules.
Supervises administrative support staff.
Provides coordination and support for programs.
Develops and maintains information systems, including databases, electronic files, and websites.
Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel.
Creates and assists with memos, letters of correspondence, charts, and other information for the executive.
Performs special projects as requested.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Experience: 3 years or relevant supervisory experience required.
Licensure: None required.
Physical Demands
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods and repetitive motion: computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. Position Compensation Range: $19.50 - $38.99 Hourly.
