Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: This position is the administration and office coordination position for the Health Care Services Division which includes Dental, Managed Care, Systems and Reporting, Contracts and Administration, Member and Provider Solutions, Maternal and Child Health and Policy. This position has a lead role in the administration and office support functions for all the organizational units within the Division of Health Care Services. Includes scheduling meetings, proficiency in Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Includes the responsibility for development of communications materials, and event planning responsibilities for MCO meetings, managed care operational meetings, training sessions, town halls, stakeholders and other meetings associated with Medicaid managed care. The business needs for this position have in office requirements to include but not limited to attending in-person meetings, training sessions, town hall meetings, and event planning and set up. The position you are applying for is an Hourly/Wage position. Hourly (wage) employees may not work more than an average of 29 hours a week and cannot exceed 1500 hours during their employment year. This position does not include health insurance, retirement or leave. Minimum Qualifications
Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications: Knowledge/experience with scheduling and planning meetings both internal and external in a health care delivery/health care programs management, implementation and operations. Knowledge/experience in strategic planning. Knowledge/experience in making travel arrangements, planning events, ordering food. Knowledge/experience with the procedures and processes associated with state agency services and delivery techniques in a data driven organization. Considerable knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software programs development. Knowledge/Experience with interpretation and application of federal, state laws/regulations. Work-related knowledge/experience in meeting deadlines. Knowledge/experience with internal/external stakeholder relations management.
