Partner Relations & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Partner Relations & Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on merchant acquisition, listing quality, and relations. As a marketplace, viravira.co operates in a two-sided market, serving both renters and boat owners. Our merchant team is dedicated to managing and expanding our boat owner portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acquire new boat owners and facilitate their onboarding through the website, phone, or email.
  • Prepare and monitor boat owner and listing KPIs, reporting to management.
  • Ensure all boat listings meet platform standards for accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal.
  • Review and improve existing listings by editing descriptions, verifying technical specs, and optimizing photo layouts.
  • Collaborate with boat owners to collect missing information and guide them on best practices for high-performing listings.
  • Identify and correct errors in text, images, equipment details, or availability calendars.
  • Provide support to the sales team as needed.
  • Manage price update processes.
  • Channel feedback from boat owners to the product team to improve merchant-related processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential boat owners.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote viravira.co and acquire new partners.
  • Periodically visit merchants in coastal areas.
  • Provide training and support to boat owners on effectively using the platform.
  • Oversee the execution of contract processes for merchants.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or merchant relations, preferably in the tourism sector.
  • Knowledge of the yacht charter industry and its dynamics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge with CRM tools, such as Zoho.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for neat, tidy, and organized work.
  • Positive, professional, and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn and succeed in business development and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
  • No travel restrictions.
