We are excited to launch our British company, Vintage Cash Cow, in Europe, and we are currently setting up our European sister company, Arcavindi, from a fantastic location just outside Arnhem. This warehouse processes orders for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and France. To support this growth, we are expanding our People Team.
As part of our broader Group People Team, we believe that people drive growth. Our mission is to create the environment, strategy, and tools that enable our teams to thrive – from unlocking leadership potential to shaping a culture that reflects who we are and where we are headed.
You will join a collaborative and growing People Team that lays strong foundations and makes a meaningful impact across Europe.
It is an exciting time to join Arcavindi as we continue to expand across Europe. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the strategic and hands-on HR leader for our Dutch organization. You will support a growing team of approximately 60 employees, which will expand to 120 and beyond.
You will report to our Head of HR Business Partnering (based in the UK) and play a key role in shaping and executing our local people strategy. From designing team structures and driving engagement to supporting leaders and embedding performance and development practices – you will ensure that we are equipped to attract, grow, and retain great people.
This is a broad, dynamic role in a fast-growing company – ideal for someone who works both strategically and operationally, with the confidence to build from the ground up and the curiosity to continuously improve the way we work.
Since this is a new role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with a certain degree of ambiguity and enjoys getting their hands dirty to shape our ambitious journey.
Continuously improve our way of working within Arcavindi and the broader Group People Team.
