Regional Sales Manager, Dining & Lifestyle Asia (excluding Mainland China)

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Villeroy & Boch's Dining & Lifestyle (DL) business across Asia (excluding Mainland China). Your primary focus will be driving sustainable growth by managing existing distributors, entering new markets, and developing a scalable distributor operating model. Success in this role will establish Villeroy & Boch as a leading premium European lifestyle brand in the region. The main position tasks are:

• Drive Growth in Existing Distributor Markets: You'll be the go-to expert for dining and lifestyle in Asia, especially Korea. Your job is to help distributors succeed by planning together, improving their sales strategies, and creating demand for products. You'll also keep an eye on the market and help them improve their retail, marketing, and merchandising efforts. You're fully responsible for sales and related processes.
• Expand into New Markets: You'll find and sign on new distributors in markets where the company isn't yet selling ("white space"). This includes choosing partners, negotiating deals, and creating strategies for successful market entry.
• Develop & Optimize Distributor Operating Model: You'll create a system for distributors to follow that helps them succeed long-term. This means setting clear goals, reporting standards, and processes. You'll also train them on best practices to make them more efficient, and you'll be in charge of forecasting and sales delivery.
• Maximize Cross-Functional Synergies: You'll work with the Bath & Wellness team to use shared resources and customers. You'll also find new ways to sell products (like partnerships or online sales) and work closely with the Dining & Lifestyle Marketing team in Asia.
