Payroll & HR Service Specialist

Payroll & Data Processing:

• Accurately input and maintain payroll-related data, including time attendance, overtime (OT), leaves, and insurance claims.
• Process and update personnel records in local HR systems, Workday (WD), and physical employee files.

HR Service & Digitalization Support:

• Assist in HR service tasks and digital transformation projects to improve efficiency.
• Maintain HR documentation and administrative processes within the department.

HR Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and validate time attendance reports for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

HR Service Helpdesk & Employee Support:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, leave policies, and HR systems (Workday).
• Provide timely resolutions to blue-collar workforce queries via email, phone, or in-person support.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant HR teams when necessary.
• Assist employees with HR self-service tools and guide them on Workday transactions.
