Your Tasks:

  • Integration topics between Workday and Payroll Systems and Active Directory
  • Maintenance SAP HCM (LCPs, Transport, Customizing, smaller program adjustments)
  • Maintenance and Monitoring of HR Workflows outside Workday (MS PowerApps: Onboarding + Offboarding)
  • First Level Support for user regarding HCM system solutions
  • SAP HANA Transformation (SAP ERP)

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of profound practical experience in the architecture and implementation of Workday HCM.
  • Proven experience in conceiving and implementing integrations between Workday and SAP S/4HANA, as well as external/internal payroll systems.
  • Experience with other HR/Payroll IT systems, such as SD Worx, and their integration is a plus.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
