Your Tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Resolve order issues including returns, refunds, tracking questions, and product concerns
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Contribute to improving processes that enhance customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-centered mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with digital tools (SAP, CRM platforms)
