Your Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Resolve order issues including returns, refunds, tracking questions, and product concerns
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Contribute to improving processes that enhance customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-centered mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with digital tools (SAP, CRM platforms)
