Your tasks:

• Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt zu unseren Kunden – du bist das Gesicht unseres Unternehmens!
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Auftragsbearbeitung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Logistik.
• Mitdenken und Optimieren von Vertriebsprozessen – deine Ideen sind gefragt!

Your profile:

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Spaß am Telefonieren und im Kundenkontakt.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Salesforce.
• Erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder im Kundenservice ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss!
