The role will support the Travel Care Operations Manager in Spain with the day-to-day management of the operations and personnel management in Torrevieja. Contribute to ensuring that Travel Care teams in Torrevieja from day to day deliver services of excellent quality according to agreements and contracts.
The role reports to Travel Care Operations Manager in Spain.
Responsibilities
· Support in the day-to-day management of the Viking Travel Care contact center in Torrevieja
· Contribute to delivering high quality services.
· Ensure excellent performance of teams.
· Plan for the right resources and competences
· Recruitment and offboarding
· New customer implementation
· Act as a substitute for the Travel Care Operation Manager during holidays and similar.
Qualifications
· Relevant higher education.
· Long experience in Travel Assistance service and/or insurance
· Leadership experience and skills in building and developing teams and individuals.
· Fluent in English and either a Nordic language or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
