URGENT NEED – LPN (PRN - Days & Evenings) – Social Detox & Recovery Support

VHS is seeking a compassionate LPN ready to step into a critical, high-impact role supporting individuals in a residential detox setting. What You'll Do

• Support safe nursing admissions and ongoing client monitoring
• Administer medications and maintain accurate MAR documentation
• Perform safety checks and use NCI-based de-escalation when needed
• Communicate observations clearly to the RN and escalate concerns
• Document vitals, behaviors, and care interventions in real time
• Safeguard confidentiality and uphold patient rights

What You'll Bring

• Active NC LPN license or compact multistate license
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• CPI or crisis prevention training (strongly preferred)
• Experience in behavioral health, detox, or long-term care (preferred)
• Dependability, teamwork, and strong documentation skills
