What We Seek in Candidates:

• Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Level I or Level II hospital setting.
• Certification such as CRCST or CSPDT is required.
• Proficiency with sterilization equipment including Sterilizers, Sterrad Machines, and Ultrasonic devices (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed).
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterilization protocols.
• Ability to work shifts from 06:00 to 18:30, three days a week, with flexibility for emergency assignments.
• Excellent communication skills and a dependable work history without cancellations or gaps.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with emergency response procedures.
• Previous work with first-time travelers in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with hospital logistics and operational standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant certification (CRCST, CSPDT).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital sterilization unit.

Other Requirements:

• Awareness of emergency team assignments, including willingness to stay during critical events.
• Commitment to adhering to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding sick leave and certifications.
• Ability to report promptly and reliably for scheduled shifts and emergency responses.
• Valid licensure or certification, with travel and other reimbursements available when applicable.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $30.15.
• Shift: 12 hours, from 06:00 to 18:30, Friday through Sunday.
