We are seeking a dedicated CVOR Tech to support our busy surgical services department, helping save lives and improve patient outcomes. Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist in a CVOR setting
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and NBSTSA certification
• Proficiency in scrub duties for cardiovascular surgeries
• Ability to float to the General OR and adapt to different surgical specialties as needed
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instruments
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with Xi DaVinci Robots or other advanced surgical equipment
• Prior experience in high-acuity surgical environments
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or equivalent
• At least 2 years of recent CVOR surgery experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float to General OR cases when necessary
• Ability to work Day shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30
• Valid licensure and ongoing certification maintenance
