Position / Specialty - CVOR Tech Shift: 06:45-15:15 9:30-18:00 14:45-23:15 Types of Cases REQ: Cardiac Surgery: CABG on/off pump AVR MVRR TVRR Aortic aneurysm/dissection total artificial heart heart transplant LVAD implantation minimally invasive valve replacement and trans-catheter mitral/aortic/tricuspid valve replacement. Vascular Surgery: Endovascular and open vascular procedures: AAA thoracic and thoracoabdominal aneurysm including fenestrated grafts endarterectomy bypass for peripheral artery disease amputation ECMO decannulation and repositiong. Types of Cases Preferred: General endo/Laparoscopic Vascular Thoracic Bariatrics Transplant CVOR Case Experience Required: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair Atrial Septal Defect repair Carotid endarterectomy Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Endovascular Aneurysm Repair Endovascular Aortic Repair EVAR Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft Mitral Valve Replacement Pericardial Window Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement TAVR Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair TEVAR Ventricular Assist Device VAD ECMO # of OR's: 6 total 4-ORs 1 Hybrid 1 PV Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Y Weekend REQ: up to 2 weekends per month holiday call if needed National Certs REQ: NBSTSA or NCCT BLS REQ: Y Is on-call REQ? Y -weekend on call up to 2 weekends per month week day call up to 2 days per week Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
