Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for initiating documentation for gaming rules, plans for marketing collateral, promotion configuration, database maintenance, organizing and maintaining direct mail and marketing collateral, reporting competitive marketing strategy, and executing special projects as assigned by management.
Core Scope Of Position:
- Opens all Casino Marketing jobs direct communication for guest and traffics all marketing collateral.
- Responsible for proofing and editing all marketing collateral prior to sending it to the Manager of Casino Marketing for approval.
- Monitors promotions to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Enters guests' information into player tracking system, to include address changes, promotional offerings, and other types of marketing information.
- Completes Ad Hoc requests by Manager or Vice President of Casino Marketing.
- Sets up and maintains marketing files as needed.
- Initiates all rules and regulations for the Loyalty Program and communicates program to Team Members and Casino Guests.
- Performs weekly site visits throughout the Casino Property to ensure accuracy of all Guest facing marketing communication.
- Provides accurate and timely communication to team members through various communication channels (SharePoint, monthly marketing meetings, team member calendars, and HR communication flyers).
- Runs the Property Coupon and Gift Card Programs and ensures the programs follow property needs and is in line with gaming commission requirements.
- Removes all Team Members from the Loyalty Program based on HR's request.
- Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
- Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multitask and work well under stress.
- Must be a self-starter and able to adjust to change.
- Must be able to work flexible hours during the day or evening including weekends, holidays, and all blackout dates.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 2 to 4 years of related experience.
