✨ About The Role
- Design and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with company priorities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key areas for gaps in rep skills and create action plans
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency
⚡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Proficiency in using Sales Navigator, Gong, Salesforce preferred. Experience with LeadIQ is nice-to-have
