As an employee/processor in Aftersales Service, you will be part of a ten-person team. From Selmsdorf, we supply our customers around the world with spare parts for our lasers. You will take care of our customers around the order, shipping, and complaint management of our spare parts.

A typical day in this function looks like this:

• Processing of spare part orders and returns for our worldwide distribution channels
• Order processing (contract review, order entry, shipping, invoicing)
• Timely and appropriate order processing
• Responsible for the creation of export documents according to country-specific requirements in compliance with export regulations and statistical reporting (INTRASTRAT)
• Collaboration with customers and distributors
• General administrative tasks
• Offer creation for spare part requests
• Creation of commission statements

Essential Requirements of the Position Include:

• Completed training as a foreign trade merchant, freight forwarder, industrial merchant, or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, CRM (at us SFDC), and ERP systems (at us Oracle)
• Good German and English skills in speech and writing
• Careful, structured, proactive, and team-oriented working method as well as commitment and flexibility
