We are seeking a skilled HR Business Analyst to join our Te Pūmanawa Tāngata - Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the review and improvement of HR processes across the University, ensuring effective service delivery and user-centred design. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, support change initiatives, and contribute to strategic HR projects.
