Sales Engineer

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the sales and promotion of the company's product range
  • Weekly report to the supervisor with market analysis and development in the region
  • Achieving budgeted sales and results
  • Creating interest and demand among builders, engineering firms, and contractors to promote the VICTAULIC system as an application product in this area
  • Promoting the VICTAULIC system as an application product in this area through demonstration and training on the correct installation and use of VICTAULIC products and the tool palette on site
  • Increasing acceptance and trust in VICTAULIC among builders and engineering firms
  • Ensuring the knowledge and proper application of VICTAULIC products and the system with the help of adequate means through seminars, training, provision of technical literature, and technical support
  • Maintaining contact with the local VICTAULIC dealer and ensuring that there is an orderly information flow and that it is maintained
  • Visiting construction sites to accompany and follow the installation process of the VICTAULIC system by the contractor. If necessary, support the designer's staff in the use and correct installation of the VICTAULIC system
  • Handling product complaints in collaboration with the VICTAULIC engineering department
  • Supporting the finance department in the operation of customer orders
  • Coordinating with regional sales colleagues for project tracking and ensuring success

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical education; engineering degree
  • Experience and expertise in pipe construction
  • Travel readiness (75%)
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in negotiation
  • Professional appearance
  • Resident in the sales area
  • Fluent and proficient in German and good English skills
