Reports To: Marketing Manager – Industrial Markets
Location: Victaulic Corporate HQ - Forks, PA
General Responsibilities:
Responsible to execute integrated marketing communications programs globally in support of sales of Victaulic industrial solutions with a strategic focus on growing brand affinity of existing customers, driving retention, and maintaining customer experience integrity.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Interface with local and global sales teams, product management and engineering teams and corporate and regional marketing departments as needed to maintain and execute marketing communications for the industrial markets.

3. Interface with and tactical management of external vendors as required: graphic design, PR agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, printers and other external resources
4. Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication. Work with other cross-functional team members (Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, HR, etc.) as needed to advance product and market initiatives throughout the global organization.
5. Responsible for ensuring strong brand presence and consistency throughout the customer journey lifecycle.
6. Ensure timely flow of projects and that all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met.
Qualifications:
1. College degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or English desired.
2. Experience in marketing, public relations or advertising required. One to three years' experience strongly preferred.
3. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills required.
4. Positive, problem-solving attitude and ability to understand and promote industrial technology.
4. Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, FileMaker and current Internet and social media technologies. Familiarity with Google AdWords and SEO tactics preferred. Adobe Photoshop skills desired but not required.
5. Ability to translate technical data into easy-to-understand sales language.
6. Strong organizational, project management and scheduling skills are required.
7. Ability to communicate and interact with outside vendors, customers and sales force.
8. Ability to travel as needed. Average 25% travel.
9. Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals.
10. Ability to work independently when required as well as across regions/time zones as part of global team.
