As our Marketing Commercial & Financial Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across the marketing function. Your work will empower the team to make informed, data-driven decisions that maximize ROI and deliver on our Vision, Strategy, and Action Plans.
Drive Commercial Insight: Collaborate with Marketing and Finance leaders to develop platforms and processes that support strategic decision-making and deliver measurable results.
Analyse & Report: Prepare and present reports for national, state, and joint venture meetings, covering portfolio performance, budgeting, forecasting, traffic, sales, and campaign analytics.
Own the Numbers: Supervise promotional and corporate budgets, oversee purchase orders and invoices, and lead forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
Enable Success: Support compliance, governance, and financial controls while mentoring the marketing team to strengthen their commercial and financial acumen.
Shape Strategy: Translate customer insights and data into actionable strategies that deliver strong ROI and align with our 5-year marketing vision.
Proven experience as a commercial and financial analyst, with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and turn insights into strategy.
Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in financial governance, and ideally some knowledge of compliance, and legal frameworks.
Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, business analytics, commerce, or a related field (preferred).
