Tasks

You support the sales team in customer communication, appointment scheduling, and offer creation.

• You maintain CRM data, prepare customer appointments, and ensure processes run smoothly.
• You coordinate follow-ups and keep track of leads and deals.
• You take on your own sales topics, from initial contact to social media and event planning.
• You are the right hand of our managing director, with the potential to take on more responsibility.

Qualification

Organizational talent with a sense for structure, language, and impact.

• Enjoyment in dealing with people and communication on an equal footing.
• Ability to work independently, reliability, and commitment.
• Good expressiveness (written and verbal), professional appearance.
• Bonus: Experience in sales, marketing, or assistance.
