As part of Timberland Sales team, the In-House Sales Representative (IHSR) is responsible for managing designated accounts and identifying new opportunities to achieve sales targets. The IHSR will focus on increasing sales, service and support with independent retailers across the United States. You'll be responsible in maintaining Timberland's Brand Positioning while driving for revenue growth.
You'll be a trusted member of our team reporting to the Director of Sales, Lifestyle & Specialty and you'll manage a designated list of customers across the United States. You'll collaborate and liaise with the regional sales teams, and work closely with Sales and Sales Operations on reporting, forecasting and inventory management.

Hiring Range: $22.92 USD - $28.65 USD per hour
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
