Join New Zealand First Smartwool Store and help people find comfort, confidence, and joy in the outdoors. As a part time Sales Associate, KeyHolder (6-months Fixed-Term Contract) working 20 hours a week you'll be the face of our brand—creating an exceptional in-store experience, connecting authentically with customers, and sharing your knowledge of Merino wool, outdoor activities, and our sustainability-driven mission.

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service
• Support daily store operations and visual standards
• Share product knowledge and help customers find the right gear
• Work collaboratively with your team to prioritize customer experience
