Commercial Representative – Specialty Lifestyle (H/F)

The North Face France – Groupe VF Corporation, an iconic brand of the VF Corporation group, is looking for a passionate Commercial Representative to join our Sales team based in Paris.

Your role

As a Commercial Representative, you will be responsible for developing our distribution network specialized in technical outdoor and trail running. You will pilot client accounts, identify commercial opportunities, and help strengthen our presence in the lifestyle segment.

You will be reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager and will play a key role in the brand's distribution strategy.

Your missions:

  • Strategic account development
    • Develop and present customized seasonal account plans, aligned with our segmentation strategy.
    • Rely on market trends, sales reports, and sell-out data to maximize profitable growth.
  • Commercial performance
    • Organize quarterly meetings with clients: planning, assortment strategy, collection presentation.
    • Analyze product performance to anticipate trends, seize opportunities, and limit risks.
    • Understand buying behaviors to propose targeted actions centered on the consumer.

Profile sought:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, ideally in the sports, fashion, or action sports sectors.
  • Good knowledge of the French market, especially of the INTERSPORT and Sport 2000 chains.
  • Ability to operate in a complex matrix organization.
  • Analytical skills, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in presentation and communication tools.
  • Team spirit, energy, and results orientation.
  • Fluency in French and English.
