As a First Line Manager within our Distribution Center, you play a pivotal role in keeping our operations moving. You lead and inspire a team within a specific department or shift, ensuring strong daily execution, operational discipline and a safe, engaging environment. Experience supervising teams within logistics, warehousing or distribution.

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Clear and confident communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Solid understanding of health & safety standards.

Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
