Job Title

Principal Accountabilities:

Supervise staff engaged in the construction of drawings for the installation of new facilities Conduct mathematical modelling to determine if proposed designs are technically feasible Support the participate in the design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager's criteria Generally six years of progressive experience with one year of supervisory experience Strong organization and communication skills Proficient PC skills

Acquires depth of expertise in more than one technical work area and on track to becoming a discipline expert Acquiring management experience within a process driven environment with extensive experience in a large or complex technical area Knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required Requires knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
