Senior Recruiter - GTM

We're seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to take ownership of various roles tied to revenue-generation. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and department leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies that attract and secure the best and brightest customer-facing talent in the market.

You will be expected to source candidates, evaluate qualifications and role fit, and establish yourself as a trusted partner in the hiring process. You will represent Veza and help showcase our relevancy and position in the market.

You will

  • You will be hands-on with end to end recruitment; from defining job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to negotiating offers and welcoming your new hires.
  • Using your finesse and strong communication skills, you will help us continue to differentiate Veza as an employer of choice to prospective candidates, and utilize creative ways to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • You will leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) as not only a source of truth, but as a collaboration and communication tool throughout the hiring process so that we can be data-driven in our approach to recruitment efficiencies and continuously improve the holistic candidate experience.
  • You will champion an amazing candidate experience and treat every candidate with care and consideration when they interview with us. You'll consider the candidate's perspective, motivations and status throughout the interview process in a way that nurtures the relationship.
  • You will impact the trajectory and broader success of the organization.

You have

  • 5+ years of agency and/or in-house sales recruitment experience.
  • Understand GTM functions and enterprise sales organizations.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers as a collaborative team to make good hiring decisions.
  • Have high velocity recruitment experience for a high growth tech startup, ideally with Cybersecurity experience.
  • Have experience hiring across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations with depth hiring Enterprise Account Executives.

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level, the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation, such as commission.

$135,000 - $175,000 USD

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
