The Territory Sales Lead is responsible for leading a team of Territory Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Territory Sales Lead will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact. Responsibilities include managing, motivating, and developing a team of employees to increase sales, daily productivity, and improve business performance. Conduct 'work-withs/route rides' with employees to develop their selling and customer service skills. Work proactively with customers to understand business needs and develop strong relationships. Maintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of PepsiCo's selling and delivery model. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure orders are submitted, delivered, and merchandised according to plan. Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance. Hold regular weekly meetings with cross functional teams, including Territory Sales Representatives and Merchandising Team Leads to discuss sales and territory strategies. Set productivity and service targets and ensure proper resource allocation between accounts. Oversee the Merchandising Function, including ensuring proper coverage of Customer Service Specialists and other full-time Merchandisers in their designated account territories. As needed, assist Territory Sales Representatives or Merchandising Team Leads with ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to coaching, intermittent daily routing, and/or customer onboarding.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
